This pasta is packed with so many hidden nutrients. The sauce is very similar to pesto but with some additional hidden flavors! Ingredients: 3/4 cup basil 1 heaping cup fresh spinach 1 cup tuscan kale (or any kind) 1/2 tbsp Pine nuts or more 1 cup dairy-free milk (I used almond) 1 small onion 3-4 garlic cloves 1/2 lemon (the juice) Salt and black pepper to taste Nutritional yeast Red pepper flakes 1-2 Zucchini’s 1 box pasta of choice 1. Put pasta to boil. Cut up the zucchini in little bites and throw them in the air fryer to roast for about 10 minutes. Or you can bake them if you don’t have an air fryer!

2. In a blender, add in everything but the zucchini. You want the consistency to be a bit creamy but make sure everything is also well blended. If the consistency turns out too liquidy, add in some more spinach. 3. After the sauce is done, add it in to the drained pasta then top the pasta off with the zucchini. Enjoy!
