WHAT FUELS ME

Preparing nutritious meals should be as exciting and delicious as eating the foods you love. Dining is a universal love language, it's a way for us to connect with ourselves, our meals, and others more deeply. My goal with Sustainable Eats is to show you how easy, sustainable, and fulfilling cooking for and by yourself can be.  Most of my recipes are created with kitchen staples and easy to make. By creating a more positive outlook around food and food prep, you can invite positive changes into your diet and lifestyle. Each of the recipes I share with you are designed to nourish and heal the body, mind and spirit.
